JAK/STAT signaling pathway

Janus kinase/signal transducers and activators of transcription (JAK/STAT) pathway.

Consist of three main components:
1. Receptor(some ligand such as EPO, growth hormone, interferones and interleukins)
2. JAK
3. STAT

JAK activation stimulates cell proliferation, differentiation, cell migration and apoptosis.
